My love for fitness wasn’t something I consciously sought out; it was something I was born into.
My dad was passionate about bodybuilding, a passion that passed down to my older brother, Nadeem - may he rest in peace - and eventually, it found its way to me. I always knew I had decent genetics, but I never truly tapped into them.Instead, I threw myself into sports—football, basketball, running, and shot put—competing at city level throughout school and continuing into college and university. But then, I met the iron</b<.
At first, lifting weights was casual, something I did on and off without a clear purpose. But as time went on, I found myself gravitating toward the gym more and more, mirroring the path of my older brother. Training quickly became more than just a hobby—it became a part of me. I wasn’t chasing a goal, yet the results came fast, and that feeling was exhilarating. Then, life took a turn. A personal loss, a moment of grief, led to a promise. What started as a vow to someone became the foundation of my passion for bodybuilding.
I’ve now been training consistently for six years. I started at 69kg and now hover around 100kg, but the physical transformation is just one part of the journey. The real transformation happened within – understanding the discipline, the sacrifice, and the unwavering dedication it takes to sculpt not just a body, but a mindset. Through these years, I’ve equipped myself with the knowledge of what it truly takes to build muscle, lose fat, and optimize health. I’ve learned how to push past mental and physical barriers, how to fuel and condition the body, and most importantly, how to balance fitness with life itself.
And now, I want to share that with you.
