Coach Caratella

My love for fitness wasn’t something I consciously sought out; it was something I was born into.

My dad was passionate about bodybuilding, a passion that passed down to my older brother, Nadeem - may he rest in peace - and eventually, it found its way to me. I always knew I had decent genetics, but I never truly tapped into them.
